"Furnace quit in the middle of the night..."

My furnace quit in the middle of the night, called them at 8am, because they were close to me. Kevin came out to look at it before 9, we came to the conclusion that it was not worth repairing, as it was 40+ years old, and I was going to replace it in spring anyway. he drove to Madison to get a new furnace, and it was installed within 12 hours of contacting him. as a bonus, he was cheaper than other estimates I had gotten when I thought I was going to replace it last spring. Highly recommend.

"Saved me a night or two at the in-laws..."

Woke up on a cold December morning with no heat and called Badger. Professional and friendly staff promised a technician would show between 12:30 and 2:00. Kevin arrived promptly at 12:30 and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad motor.
Since no motor was available locally Kevin arranged for his sales rep to bring one back from his trip in Madison and he would come back later that evening to install, at no extra charge! Being Friday this saved the weekend.
Thanks Kevin! You saved me a night or two at the in-laws and I am grateful!

Our central air went out and steamy hot weather was in the forecast! Kevin arrived at the appointment time on a Friday and said he could install new furnace and a/c system on Monday. He made a special trip to Madison to pick up the units on Monday and had all up and running by dinner time. Outstanding service and we highly recommend this company!

"Problem Prevented..."

This was the Monday before Thanksgiving: a short week, and surely jammed with existing appointments. I called at 8:00 AM and the owner answered... he had cut short his hunting trip to help out the team with the early-winter crush, and I was the lucky beneficiary. He came at 11:00 that same morning! He was on time (early, if I recall) and did an excellent job. While he was here, I also added "routine checkup / tuning" for the furnace, which turned out to be a good thing because there was something plugged that was going to become a problem in just a matter of a few weeks. Problem prevented!

Called in a.m. and was given a window between 2:30 and 3:30. Showed up at 2:30. After I told him what I had tried, he knew right where to look, found the clogged trap, cleaned it, put it back on, and everything works great. Then went and checked the air intake pipes outside, and with that and an odor the furnace was producing was able to tell me the furnace will probably need replacing next year (furnace is 14 years old). Did not try to push me into services I didn't need or tell me I had to get the furnace now, but told me what was coming so I could plan for it. Very appreciative of that. Overall, this was a professional, effective, inexpensive encounter. I will definitely call them again and will probably be purchasing my new furnace there when the time comes. THANKS BADGER!!!

Service was great! Was able to speak directly with the service technician from start. I explained what the problem could be and then scheduled an appointment. They replaced the bad parts within a couple hours and had my unit up and running way faster than expected.
